To provide the core features of the app, we process health and fitness information you enter or generate, such as workouts, activity, goals, progress, body metrics, and related preferences. This data is used to personalize your experience inside Rise AI.
If you choose to connect Apple Health (HealthKit), Rise AI may read and write health and fitness data with your explicit permission, only for the features you use. You can revoke this access at any time in your device's Health settings.
Photos and images
When you use features such as food, barcode, or progress analysis, the photos you take or select may be sent to our servers or to AI services to provide the feature (for example, to recognize a meal or read a barcode). We process these images only to deliver the result and do not use them for advertising.
Purchase information
If you subscribe to a premium plan, your purchase is processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details; we only receive confirmation of your subscription status from Apple.
Usage and device data
We may collect limited technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, and anonymous usage and crash data to keep the app stable and improve it over time.
How we use your information

- To manage your account and your subscription.
- To diagnose problems, fix bugs, and improve performance.

How we handle your health data
We treat your health and fitness data as sensitive. Specifically:

- Any data obtained through Apple Health (HealthKit) is used solely to provide app features and is never used for advertising or shared without your consent.

Rise AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
