Frequently asked questions

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled through your Apple account. Open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Rise AI to change or cancel your plan.

How do I restore a purchase?

If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open Rise AI, go to the subscription screen, and tap Restore Purchases to recover your active plan.

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password and follow the steps sent to your email.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email us at riseailabs@gmail.com from the address linked to your account and we will delete your account and associated data.
